Recruitment process was easy via Saxoncourt, lots of info before I went out there and the support on arrival was good. I was pleased to have secured a job before I flew to Taiwan.

I have been teaching English abroad for six years. I enjoy the job because I like the organization and teaching style it offers. I believe that they offer a unique learning atmosphere, that other ESL schools don’t offer.

Shane is professional and I was recruited from the UK via Saxoncourt. You will do well if you want to be a proper teacher and not here to mess around. They are really helpful with the visa and arrival stuff. And I have learned a lot and developed. The training was good and my DoS was helpful.

We provide an interactive environment which enables students to communicate more freely in the classroom. During my four years, teaching has been a fun and enriching process.
Mariza, Shane Schools
Support and training was good. I left another company to work with them after I was referred by a friend and they were a good employer. The kids are great and the DoS [Director of Studies] was helpful. Everyone at my school was really nice.

The Saxoncourt reps were extraordinarily helpful. The transition was smooth both socially and professionally, mostly thanks to the team at Saxoncourt. I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone.

Teaching at Shane English School was my first experience working abroad. I found the training and staff to be professional and helpful, especially during the initial transition phase. I truly believe the fun, active learning style at Shane English School to be ideal for the students.

We’ve all read horror stories of working for schools that treat you badly, don’t pay you on time, don’t know what they are doing, make excuses for everything. Well you don’t need to worry about all that. They have western managers and all the systems are crystal clear and fair. If you can get a job with them you are onto a good thing.

The initial training and observations allowed me to feel comfortable when I finally stepped into the classroom. Also, I appreciated the assistance offered with finding an apartment, setting up a bank account, and getting my health check done. Also, I knew that I could contact the staff at the Head Office if I ever needed help.
